We want you to love your brandywomens.com items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products for a refund. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

Return Policy
We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging attached. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on face masks, jewelry, swimwear, or accessories of any kind.

How to Initiate a Return
All returns must be authorized through our online returns portal. To start the process, please visit the Returns & Exchanges page on brandywomens.com. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. Follow the steps to generate a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Please do not send returns back to us without an authorized return label, as we may not be able to process them.

Return Shipping
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item or size, please follow the standard return process to refund your original purchase and place a new order on our website.

Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• All Jewelry
• Swimwear
• All Accessories (including bags, hats, belts, and scarves)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately through the contact form on brandywomens.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will gladly assist you in resolving this as quickly as possible.
